The art of appreciation is the art of discovering and valuing those factors that give life to an organization or group. The process involves interviewing and storytelling to draw the best of the past to set the stage for effective visualization of what might be.

Board Governance
“Board Matters,” as ACDA calls this workshop, features board governance as it relates to the roles and functions, key responsibilities, practices and qualifications of board members. It also discusses the different models of board governance and its relevance and appropriateness on the context of organizations. Board matters workshops can also be expanded to include the different skills relevant to board members to enable them to fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
