Dialogue Education

Dialogue Education (aka Vella) is a cutting edge technology.  It offers a disciplined and structured approach to learning and about learning. It presents a module that teaches participants how to design and teach for sustainable learning skills that last.

The Course is led by accredited Vella practitioners who finished both basic and advanced courses under Peter Noteboom- president and Senior Associate of Global Learning Partners (GLP). GLP is a North Carolina corporation specializing in teaching curriculum design and facilitation skills for learners in the university, non-profit, corporate and government contexts. For almost 5 years now, this approach has been introduced in the Philippines, Christian Organizations, Theological Seminaries, NGO’s and GO’s has experienced sustainable learning skills.

Technology of Participation

It is an innovative method approach which have been extensively researched and field tested were participants and leaders gain a renewed confidence in their capability to support participative approaches and strategies in their organization.

Rapid Savings Mobilization Technique

RSMT is a complimentary technique to the community organizing approach. It is based on local resource generation.  It builds local people awareness on the value of stewardship and the critical role that ‘savings’ play in empowering them. It introduces the element of accrual of savings prior to lending.
