ACDA optimizes the expertise of its member organizations by encouraging a sharing of technologies and learnings. ACDA serves as a hub for learning by offering the following workshops and seminars:

Organizing and Mobilizing Pool of Facilitators
ACDA has organized graduates and advocates of Dialogue Education to form a pool of facilitators that can be tapped to serve the needs of ACDA member organizations.
Research and documentation
ACDA is developing the Banyuhay Resource Center, a resource library open for members of the Alliance. In 2007, ACDA produced a case study on the benefits of Dialogue Education among its partner organizations. The case study entitled, Dialogue Education: Enhancing learning and growth, is a case study on the experience of Share an Opportunity. Skillful Discussion as Dialogue is a case study on peace negotiation as experienced by ACDA partner CARCON. ACDA also gathers Stories of Transformation from members and partner organizations.
