About Us Community building forms the foundation of all ACDA’s cooperation efforts. Relationship is based on the idea that all parties are equal. Membership participation, dialogues, coordination and unity result in dynamic partnership where everyone achieves more. Convergence building is a strategy adapted to stimulate local or regional partnerships and collaborations along common needs and concerns.
